I am committed to providing a safe and nonjudgmental space, to amplify an individual's strengths, in order to facilitate growth. I have been honoured to be able to share my knowledge with individuals in order to support their healing journey and learning of adaptive coping tools.

Lindsay is happy to be offering the group Creative Connections in January 2024!
This group aims to support adolescents who are looking for a safe space to develop connections with others. This group utilizes emotional regulation strategies and socially engaging activities to support moments of CONNECTION, FUN and LAUGHTER!

When we experience times of challenge, stress, or trauma it can be difficult to connect to our own internal resources. Therapy is a place of safety coupled with understanding and empathy, to create an atmosphere to affirm internal strengths as well as support the growth of coping strategies and healing.

I am a Registered Social Worker and Certified Play Therapist. I've completed my EMDR Basic Training and am a Foundational Theraplay® Practitioner. I work from a person-centred perspective to support children, adolescents, and adults. I incorporate trauma-informed and play-based approaches to facilitating healing and support the learning and integration of new skills.
